Boy loses hand while trying to steal a phone through the window in Delta

According to a Facebook user, King Tino, who shared this story on his timeline. The teenager pictured below tried to steal a phone through a window, but had his hand cut off with a cutlass by the home owner.
The boy ran away, leaving his palm behind. He was later caught and rushed to the hospital.
