Museum's Cosby references to include sex allegations

Days after women who accuse entertainer Bill Cosby of sex assault questioned an exhibit that will include his work, a much-anticipated Washington museum announced that the presentation would have some reference to the accusations.
"Like all of history, our interpretation of Bill Cosby is a work in progress, something that will continue to evolve as new evidence and insights come to the fore," read a statement released Thursday by Lonnie Bunch, founding director of the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture.  continue......

"Visitors will leave the exhibition knowing more about Mr. Cosby's impact on American entertainment, while recognizing that his legacy has been severely damaged by the recent accusations," Bunch said.
The statement from the museum slated to open in September on the National Mall comes as Cosby defends charges in Pennsylvania of three counts of sexual assault. Representatives for the museum could not be reached for elaboration on the exhibit.
