 29 year old Spain and Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas was snapped chilling out poolside with girlfriend Danielle Semaan, 41, four days after Chelsea's final match of the season, as he relaxes before linking up with Spain's squad ahead of EURO 2016.
