Police in Northamptonshire, England have released surveillance image of a man suspected to have stolen a venetian blind which he tried to conceal unsuccessful. The stolen item is very visibly sticking out of his jacket. Police is seeking the man and have encouraged residents to provide any information about his identity or whereabouts.....
