This woman backed her dog to the market. Where is she from?

I saw this post and wondered what was responsible for her action.  In Nigeria and Africa in general, the love for animals is a secondary issue except for the normads amongst us.  That indeed is a common phenomenon in the western world.  What I think is this; this woman has a dog too used or connected to her and will not stay back at home watch her go to the market.  And for protective reasons she decided to back the dog to the market.  Now in some part of northern Nigeria, precisely plateau and Adamawa state, there are dog tamers and charmers who hypnotise dogs to follow them and sell them off for money. The only way out is to back the dog to and fro the market. These dog charmers exist in most part of Africa.  The question is 'where could she come from using the photo image as a guide? Or what do you think?
